M&I Systems Co, a member of the Seyfor Group, successfully acquires IT company NPS, Strengthening Market Position in ERP business in Serbia and Southeast Europe
Belgrade, July 10, 2025 – M&I Systems Co, a regional leader in the ERP systems market and member of Seyfor Group, successfully acquired IT company NPS, majority owned by SAGA Group, part of Noventiq Group, a provider of digital transformation and cybersecurity solutions and services for emerging markets.
Previously, last year, Seyfor, one of the largest European ICT solution providers, expanded its activities across Europe by acquiring a 70% stake in M&I Systems Co, the Serbian-based regional leader in the ERP systems market. Founded over 30 years ago as a family business, M&I Systems Co. remains committed to delivering cutting-edge IT solutions and fostering innovation in the rapidly evolving digital landscape for over 400 clients from the mid-sized and large enterprise segments.
First of its acquisitions is of NPS, one of the key players in implementing and maintaining enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics NAV). Renowned for its expertise in business consulting, system implementation, and advanced business reporting (BI) solutions, NPS has successfully delivered hundreds of projects across various industries in Serbia and the broader Balkan region. Its strategic focus on digital transformation, business automation, and BI makes it a valuable addition to M&I Systems Co.’s expanding service portfolio.
The acquisition aligns with M&I Systems Co strategic objectives to quickly establish a dominant presence in the regional Microsoft ERP market, leveraging NPS’s local expertise, operational infrastructure, and robust client base. M&I Systems Co focuses on developing software solutions with an emphasis on digital transformation, implementing cloud-based ERP systems and its proprietary Beyond 360 ERP, automating business processes, data processing, business intelligence, AI utilization, and IT consulting. The company is a long-term partner of major industry players such as SAP, Salesforce, IBM, Microsoft, Celonis, Software AG, Asprova, and Aforza.
