Beyond 360

Beyond 360 is the brand under which M&I Systems Group develops its own products. It covers eight of them: Beyond ERP as the foundation, Beyond AI as the artificial intelligence layer, and six applications spanning retail, warehouse, field sales, workforce, employees and betting operations. Beyond 360 is part of the Beyond AI Business Platform, the umbrella that also covers partner technologies and services.

What is Beyond 360?

Beyond 360 is the brand for the products M&I Systems Group builds itself. Unlike the partner solutions M&I implements, these are products whose development, customisation and support stay in-house. Everything within Beyond 360 shares one technology base and one database, which means data does not travel between separate systems – it sits in one place. The web solutions are built on a combination of Angular and Java; the mobile applications run on Android. The system can be installed on premise or in a cloud environment, depending on what the company needs.

Which products make up Beyond 360?

Beyond ERP

the foundation. Finance and accounting, procurement, sales, inventory, fixed assets, manufacturing, retail, human resources and payroll, in a modular structure selected to fit the industry.

Beyond AI

the artificial intelligence layer built into the ERP rather than bolted beside it. AI agents, assistants, predictions, and Agent studio for building your own agents.

Beyond POS

the application for retail locations and cash registers, with receipt fiscalisation direct from the system and integration with card payment terminals.

Beyond Workforce

workforce management: working-time records, scheduling and attendance.

Beyond Employee

employee self-service, built on the Beyond ERP HR module.

Beyond Terminal

the warehouse application. Track inventory, process orders and optimise warehouse operations in real time, all through one tool.

Beyond Salesman

the application for field sales representatives. Enter sales data and documents directly from the field, with faster processing and fewer errors.

Beyond Betting

the application for betting shop operations.

How does Beyond 360 fit the wider offer?

Beyond 360 is one layer of a wider offer. Above it sits the Beyond AI Business Platform, which covers partner technologies such as SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft alongside our own products, plus services: business intelligence, intelligent automation and integration.

A company running Beyond ERP can run Salesforce for sales at the same time, with M&I implementing and supporting both. Beyond 360 is not a closed system – integration with other software is supported through web services, and Beyond solutions are already integrated with SAP, Salesforce and others.

How does Beyond 360 differ from a conventional ERP?

The difference is where the intelligence sits. In the conventional arrangement the ERP records what happened and a separate BI tool analyses it afterwards. In Beyond 360 the predictions are built into the workflow rather than into a separate tool: models trained on the ERP’s own transaction data forecast demand, cash flow, supply chain risk and customer churn.

Business reporting is part of the platform, so new reports are defined through the interface without touching the database, and can be viewed as tables, pivot tables or charts. Because every product shares one database, a report does not require joining data from several systems first. Someone working in Beyond POS can see a report without opening the ERP and without a separate account.

How do you choose what you need?

Beyond 360 is modular and selected by industry rather than sold as a fixed package. Choosing the modules that match the business determines how complex the system becomes. Alongside the standard modules there are custom ones built for specific sectors: reception, laboratory, off-balance goods tracking, legal and court work, milk purchasing and others.

The system scales and is extended as the company grows. A no-code layer allows new records, fields and form layouts to be added without programming, and those additional fields can be used in reports and print templates. Access rights are defined by organisational unit and role, so each person sees only the data intended for them.
