Beyond AI Business Platform is the business platform of M&I Systems Group. It covers the company’s entire portfolio: Beyond 360, the brand of our own proprietary products, together with the partner technologies and services M&I implements and supports. The platform is not a single packaged application. It is a set of complementary solutions that together enable digital management of every aspect of a business.

What is the Beyond AI Business Platform?
Beyond AI Business Platform is the umbrella name for everything M&I Systems Group offers. It has three layers. The first is our own products, gathered under the Beyond 360 brand: Beyond ERP, Beyond AI and six business applications. The second is the partner technologies M&I implements, among them SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft.
The third is services: business intelligence, intelligent automation, integration and support. The platform rests on a comprehensive methodological and technological concept that accounts for architecture, integration needs, business logic and decision support.
That is why it is introduced in levels rather than all at once: business and IT architecture, integration, digitised business logic, then decision support.
Is Beyond AI the same thing as Beyond AI Business Platform?
No, and the distinction matters. Beyond AI Business Platform is the umbrella covering the whole M&I Systems Group portfolio, including partner technologies we did not build. Beyond AI is a product.
It is one of the eight products inside the Beyond 360 brand, and it covers AI agents, assistants, predictions and Agent studio. Put simply: Beyond AI sits inside Beyond 360, and Beyond 360 sits inside Beyond AI Business Platform. If you are looking for AI agents in an ERP, you are looking for Beyond AI. If you are looking for everything M&I Systems Group offers, you are looking for Beyond AI Business Platform.
What does the platform solve?
Most companies do not start from nothing. They already run several IT systems that do not talk to each other, data held in more than one place, and processes that depend on moving information by hand. The platform starts there.
It integrates the systems already in place, digitises business logic through standard or tailored solutions, and turns existing data into a basis for decisions. The result is not replacing everything you have. It is connecting what works and replacing what does not. IT stops being a cost and becomes an advantage.
Not sure where to start?
The first step is not choosing software. It is taking stock of what you already run. Book a consultation and we will go through your systems, your data and your processes together.
Who is behind the platform?
M&I Systems Group has operated since 1991 – 35 years of continuous work on business solutions for complex organisations. The head office is in Novi Sad, with offices in Belgrade, Banja Luka, Zagreb and San Francisco.
M&I is part of Seyfor, a European group operating across several countries. The combination is deliberate: local implementation and knowledge of regional regulation, backed by the stability and resources of an international group.
How is the platform introduced?
The platform is not introduced all at once. It comes in four levels, and each level holds value on its own. The first is business and IT architecture: an inventory of what the company already runs, which systems exist, where the data sits and where processes break.
The second is integration, connecting those systems so they exchange data without anyone moving it by hand. The third is digitising business logic, moving processes into standard or tailored solutions.
The fourth is decision support: analytics, reporting and predictions over data that now sits in one place. A company can stop after any level and keep what it has gained. The order is not arbitrary – analytics over disconnected data produces unreliable answers, so integration has to come before decision-making.
Does the platform replace existing systems?
Not necessarily, and that is deliberate. Beyond solutions support integration with other software through web services and are already integrated with SAP, Salesforce, WorkDay and others. Where a company has a system that works, it stays and gets connected. What gets replaced is what holds the business back. Beyond ERP supports several databases including PostgreSQL, DB2 and MS SQL, and can be installed on premise or in the cloud. Multi-company operation within a single database is supported, with part of the reference data shared between entities and part kept separate. Integration with SEF and the Moj-eRačun service is standard, as is receipt fiscalisation.
