We are looking for experienced:
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
(2 employees)
who will be responsible for the sale of the complete M&I product and services portfolio (ERP, CRM, BI, RPA) to new and existing clients, maintaining a strong relationship with key contacts at all levels of the client organization and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services.
What will the main responsibilities include?
Developing and executing sales strategy to achieve sales targets
Identifying, qualifying, and closing business opportunities
Researching and understanding customer needs and recommending suitable M&I solutions
Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
Developing and maintaining strategic long-term trusting relationships with strategic clients to accomplish long-term company objectives (and sales targets)
Prepare regular customer satisfaction and progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of the most suitable M&I solution
Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to the sales management team
Whar are the preferred requirements?
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Previous working experience in sales or consulting for at least 3 years (experience in ERP consulting is an advantage)
Experience in using CRM systems
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
*Strong understanding of ERP and CRM solutions and market trends would be an advantage
